Instructions:
  1. Cut a piece of light yellow card stock to 4 x 12” and fold in half.
  2. Emboss the front of the card using the Baby embossing folder.
  3. Choose 2 of the nested rectangle dies to create a framed rectangle.  Cut the larger rectangle from the bright yellow card stock and the inner rectangle from the light yellow colour.
  4. Emboss the light yellow rectangle using the polka dot embossing folder.
  5. Attach the light yellow rectangle to the bright yellow rectangle using foam tape.
  6. Use the bright yellow quilling strips to make a quilled #3 circle and a #5 rolled circle. Shape with body by pinching the one end so that it makes a tear drop shape with your fingers.
  7. Attach the circle (head) to the body (tear drop using glue).  Cut two small pieces of an orange strip, fold each in half and attach to the head to form the beak and the body to form the feet.
  8. Die cut the heart balloon from the bright yellow card stock, stamp with a sentiment using orange pigment ink.
  9. Attach to the card as shown
